For color separations and film output It depends on our current workload and the complexity of the order. Most orders placed by noon PST will ship the same day. If you have a time sensitive job please check with us for lead time before ordering. For all other products please allow 24 hrs for order processing.

We currently offer UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight

Can I pick up the order?

Yes, we're located in sunny Ventura California. If you'd like to pick up your order please give a call and we can make arrangements for pickup 1-800-683-5752.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy on most items. We will refund the orignal purchase price minus shipping once we receive the item back in original packaging in unused condition. If there was a problem with the order please contact us and we'll be happy to correct it. Due to the nature of custom color separations and film output we only offer refunds in the instance there was an issue with the service itself.
