There has been some confusion in the marketplace as to the relationship of Film Direct, Zedonet (PrintFab Developer) and Freehand Graphics (AccuRIP). Film Direct is a reseller of the Printfab software produced by Zedonet out of Germany. We are not affiliated with Accurip or Freehand Graphics. We are not sure why Freehand Graphics is no longer supporting their products or has decided to resell a competing software. Whatever the reason may be, Film Direct will not be honoring any promotions that they may be offering nor will we provide technical support for software purchased outside of this website.
